The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
- Personal contact details of clients such as name, address and telephone numbers to create client appointments.
- Personal client notes that are recorded during sessions that will not be shared unless written permission from the client is obtained.
- Video and Audio for training purposes (the client will give a written agreement if sessions are recorded for training or client reflection)
- Once the sessions are fully concluded and the client agrees the information will then be handed back to the client or destroyed.
- The information will not be shared with any third party.
